Each room is equipped with smoke detectors and clear fire escape plans posted on the door. Each floor has well-indicated emergency exits, as well as regularly controlled fire extinguishers and fire hose. Our staff is thoroughly trained and knows all the procedures in case of emergency.

We are within minutes from three of Bangkok’s most famous and efficient hospitals offering services to international visitors and residents.
Both Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital and Samitivej Sukhumvit Soi 49 Hospital.
Bumrungrad International Hospital, South-East Asia’s largest private medical centre, is located along Sukhumvit Road and can be easily reached.

Security
Even though Bangkok is a relatively safe city, Golden Pearl offers around-the-clock security provided by trained security guards and CCTV cameras at all entrances and exits. The car park is also included in these safety measures. All residents have their own smart card to use the elevators and to enter their suite or studio.
